Employment Specialist /Job Developer: Full Time Position– some evenings or weekends necessary
Direct Job placement; job development; job readiness; career planning
Work to help underemployed and unemployed prepare for, find, and retain new employment
Assist a low literacy level [LEP} population to make and achieve both short and long term work and career goals


Seeking person who is:
· outgoing self-directed person able to take individual responsibility
· bilingual, and able to Speak and Communicate fluently in Russian and English (including written Business English)
· Experienced with proven flexibility and; ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Culturally Sensitive and able to work effectively with a diverse multicultural population
· Able to : help with Resume writing and interview preparation; Work with employers; Assist in job search;
· Computer literate for: job search; general communication; data and record keeping; tracking and follow-up and reporting

Knowledge of job market and steps for field specific career building a plus
