SUMMARY: Prep workstation, operate machinery, and apply Quality Assurance practices on all completed work orders. Employee is required to participate in team meetings, and assist with training when necessary. This position requires routine problem solving, discretionary decision-making, understanding verbal and written instructions, correspondence writing, checklist completion, and the ability to communicate effectively in small groups and during one-on-one sessions.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Obtain samplers for Quality control and paperwork. Create labels, and watch for mixed copies. Purge area after each job. Setup machinery for new jobs.

Qualifications: High School or technical school graduate, and/or less than 1 year of work related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills: Language Skills: The ability to read, comprehend and communicate simple instructions one-on-one and in small groups, and to effectively present information in verbal and written format. Math Skills: Basic arithmetic ability to calculate figures, amounts such as decimals, fractions, and use ruler measurements. Reasoning Ability: Ability to make decisions in novel situations requiring the development of imaginative approaches and new concepts or programs. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.

Starting pay is $8.50 per hour. Full benefit package.
