Review and investigate adult-consumer based incidents, notify appropriate regulatory bodies, train staff to changes in regulations; audit consumer charts for completeness and quality ; train staff to expectations; create procedures to ensure compliance. Requires BA in human services or related field; six months of experience working with the population. Hands-on attitude; good communication and interpersonal skills, detail oriented, person-centered and outcome focused. Must have a valid NYS driver's license. Full-time. Salary range is high twenties to low thirties.
