<b>Job Responsibilities include:</b>
Management of all physician systems including NextGen EMR/EPM, MEDIC, MISYS, 4MEDICA, NOVO, Mobile Millennium and RIOS.
Executive level interaction to provide accurate status reports on various high-visibility projects
Developing and setting standards to be implemented across the enterprise
Evaluating business problems, identifying and resolving issues.
Developing and monitoring the department budget
Coordinating with physician liaison
Management of 10 EMR/EPM Analysts, two managers and one Architect.
Job Experience:
<b>Job Requirements:</b>
Bachelor’s degree in a related area. Master’s degree preferred.
Experience with a vended Ambulatory EMR implemented and integrated within a large IDN (integrated with a vended HIS like Cerner, McKesson, Siemens)
NextGen Experience is preferred.
Strong client relationship management and customer service orientation
Executive presence, strong communication (written, oral, presentation) skills
Strong background in delivery-deployment and support
