Location: Location Varies (USAREC) Pay Rate: TBD/Hour; Minimum 1 year project Hours: 8-12 hours per day, but not more than 40 hours per week; some evenings and weekends may be required Benefits: 401k; Direct Deposit; Mileage reimbursement; Dental; Vision; Medical after 6 months employment Minimum Requirements: Fluent (Ability to read, write, speak, and translate) in Middle Eastern Dialects to include but not limited to: Pashto, Dari, Farsi, Arabic, and Kurdish; possess a thorough understanding of assigned area/language, culture, and society; ability to communicate the Army's message to both non-English and English speaking Centers of Interest (COI) in support of the US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC); possess skills necessary to communicate in Arabic communities, which includes translating and interpreting from one language to another, principally English to Modern Standard Arabic or Modern Standard Arabic to English; obtain and/or maintain a favorable Personnel Security Investigation (PSI) of a National Agency Check with Local Agency and Credit Check (NACLC). The position: The ideal applicant will provide evidence of superior recruiting that includes (1) conducting lead generation activities centered in Arabic communities; (2) identifying potential prospects; (3) establishing Centers of Influence (COI's); (4) organizing and participating in COI events in local, regional, and state, Arabic communities and formal institutions such as universities, colleges, and technical/vocational centers; organized or participate in at least one COI event per quarter within the assigned battalion area; (5) maintaining a network of contact for participation in recruiting activities; and (6) performing services specifically Arabic communities within the United States in your specific region in support of the US Army Recruiting Command (USAREC).
