This individual will assist in the design and implementation of LAN/WANs using switch and router Technology for our Herndon, VA location.
Will perform hardware/software analysis to provide comparative data of performance characteristics and suitability within the existing systems environment. Prepare trade-off studies and evaluations for vendor equipment. Assist in generating network monitoring and performance reports for LAN/WAN utilization studies. Recommend network design changes/enhancements for improved systems availability and performance.
Applicant selected will be subjected to a Government Security Investigation and must meet eligibility requirements to access classified information.Entry level network and engineering experience.
