An international workforce solutions provider to Fortune 500 companies and a leading provider of contract and direct IT, Finance and Engineering professionals, Superior Design International, Inc. is hiring an Administrative Assistant to assist one of our largest vendor management programs. Reporting to the National Account Manager, this position will support the National Account Manager and Managed Service Program Coordinator in the communication and on-boarding of supplier relationships from our Ottawa, ON office.

Essential duties include:
· Gathering on-boarding paperwork from vendors, maintaining current insurance certificates, logging data in Excel and Access databases, vendor follow up, preparing Data Sheets, WO, WOC and other responsibilities as needed by the Company.
· Training vendors on SWS, our proprietary billing software;
· Addressing issues and concerns with vendors either both person or written/telephone correspondence
· Creating and modifying documents using Microsoft Office;
· Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing;
· Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.

Requirements
· 3+ years of recent high volume administrative experience
· 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing, service-oriented position focusing on relationship management and revenue generation.
· 3+ years of billing experience using automated billing systems.
· Candidate must have intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Preferences
· Bilingual English/French Canadian is an asset.
· Prior contracts experience is helpful
· Candidates must possess organization and analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work under deadlines
· Candidates should have excellent communication and customer care skills.
· Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
