Description
· Directs and/or manages all activities associated with Call Center Operations, including developing and implementing policies and procedures on systems.
· Manages to the performance and service standards expectations.
· Develops and implements processes and/or operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effective of operations.
· Ensures productivity meets or exceeds service and quality standards.

Requirements:
· Ability to motivate and inspire a team leveraging individual strengths to achieve company
principles and objectives while maintaining stellar customer service.
· Ability to diplomatically solve internal and external conflicts quickly and effectively.
· Ability to multi task and meet deadlines.
· Needs to possess strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate direction, coordination, and deliverables of management and client expectations to team members.
· A resourceful, proactive and people oriented individual travel professional.
· Highly motivated and organized
· Strong attention to detail and strong follow-up required
· Effective and efficient verbal and written communication skills.
· Demonstrated skill set to help create and engage in a highly energetic and 'can do' team environment with proven corporate customer satisfaction.
· Highly professional, efficient and courteous attitude and personal presentation via telephone and/or face to face environment.
· PC Literate, including MS Outlook and familiarly with web-based applications.
· GDS Experience required; preferably Sabre
· Strong knowledge of world geography and familiarity with common, well-known ports of call; aptitude e for further acquiring this knowledge proactively and expeditiously.
· Love of travel and sales
· Strong Sales background, with experience in high-end consultative selling
· Proven track record in meeting sales quotas
· Call Center experience preferred
· At least 3 years experience in the cruise/travel industry
