Full-time hourly position. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Providing residents with necessary support for accomplishing tasks of daily living. Assisting in the execution of the individual?s treatment or service plans; helping coordinate services working collaboratively with agency and community resources; coordinating client rent payments; providing outreach services and provide transportation as necessary to appointments; day programs or community resources. Qualifications: BA in Social Work or related field or the equivalent training in the mental health profession; two or more years of experience in mental health field; be able to be certified as Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician 1 (MHRT1). Computer proficiency and a good driving record is a requirement. Salary range: Competitive pay, plus full benefits package.
