The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain and analyze and consolidate P&L Forecasts for the Technical Facilities during the annual operating plan, 5 year plan, as well as the monthly and quarterly forecasts. This position will also maintain and provide support for two Excel-based planning models. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to: * Computes, analyzes, maintains, and communicates weekly internal management reports (volumes, yields, direct labor, and spending) * Assists in tracking, analyzing, and providing feedback on key labor and material variances * Computes and analyzes costing studies of new potential products * Develops bill of materials for all on lot services * Assists in maintaining finance data in the financial and operating systems * Reconciles inventory and product loss accounts * Assists in analyzing and preparing monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to management * Performs research and variance analysis for management presentationsQualifications/SkillsBasic qualifications:* Minimum 4 - 5 years related financial experience * Bachelors or advanced degree in Accounting/Finance Desired skills:* CPA or MBA preferred * SAP Financial Systems experience preferred * Advanced Excel skills preferred * Hyperion proficiency preferred * Entertainment industry experience a plus * Knowledge of cost accounting methodologies * Knowledge of financial closing, consolidations, reporting and planning on a global scale * Strong Excel skills * Ability to drive projects to completion, coordinate resources, set project plans, status to project plans
