First line support for all technology functions related to telephone communications, electronic banking, teller/platform and core banking systems. Takes the required steps to recognize and escalate issues as needed. The Representative will maintain employee security for Network, Core, Teller/Platform and Voicemail.
-Ability to perform essential functions of the position which can normally be obtained during associate degree course work in Computer Science, Business Management or related field, and one to two years work experience in a Systems Support/Technology field.
-Minimum of one to two years banking experience preferred.
-Experience in an Operations or Technology environment preferred.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Products.
