Housekeeping Supervisor needed to achieve the highest quality of cleanliness for the hotel by directing and coordinating the Housekeeping operation in accordance with the standards of Hampton Inn.
p Job Duties:
Provides a clean, well maintained hotel by supervising the Laundry and Housekeeping operations, to include scheduling employees, adjusting staffing as necessary for sudden changes in occupancy, supervising the daily activities of the housekeeping staff. Oversees inventory, purchasing, disbursement, and cost control for all linens, cleaning supplies, customer room, restroom supplies, laundry supplies, machines and equipment. Maintains safe working conditions within the department and hotel, identifies problem areas and formulates solutions. The housekeeping supervisor will conduct staff training on a regular basis, and monitors service and teamwork on a regular basis. 2-3 years of housekeeping experience within the hotel industry required. Pay starts at $8.50
