Must adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines and must maintain all appropriate licenses and professional designations. Development of personal business and branch referrals. Work closely with branch personnel and provide appropriate sales and product training. Responsible for the achievement of personal, departmental and bank goals and objectives. Work closely with FNSI Financial Consultant in a team approach to mutual fund, annuity, life insurance and investment sales through branches of First Niagara Bank.
- Minimum 3 years banking/investment/insurance experience with proven sales success in financial services
- High school graduate/equivalent
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to manage and to prioritize multiple tasks
- Commitment to providing superior customer service
- Extensive knowledge of products, services, policies and procedures for investment and insurance product sales
- NASD Series 7 & 65 preferred
- NYS Life and Health Licenses and NASD Series 6 & 63 required
- Strong leadership, training and coaching skills
- Strong organizational, customer service, and verbal/written communication skills
- PC knowledge
