E-Coating Specialist

We currently have an exciting E-Coating Specialist position open in Clanton, AL.

Responsibilities include:
-Perform preventative maintenance and predictive maintenance as directed and repairs as needed.
-Meet Production demands as dictated by Production Management
-Operate Waste treatment (Due to the limited capacity of the waste storage tanks, the tank cleaning schedule and the time required to treat each batch, combined with the increased production, the waste treatment system will soon need to be operated on 2 shifts.).
-Drain, scrub clean, refill and recharge tanks. Clean and replace spray nozzles and eductors as needed.
-General system cleaning and 5S.
-Filter changing.
-Comfortable with high places and confined spaces.
-Able to move drums with a drum cart.
-Able to work with little direct supervision.
Hours of operation and pay:
-Hourly pay rate is $11.00-$14.50 depending on experience level.
-This is a temporary to permanent position.
Education and experience required:
-High School degree or equivalent
-Must be willing to work in an assembly environment
-Must maintain mechanical maintenance skills
-Prefer experience with manufacturing painting operations
-Must be able to work in a teamwork environment
