SUMMARY:
Direct onsite supervision/coordination of contractors, sub-contractors and vendors.

ESSENTIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ýý Incidental job duties may be included but must be indicated. Other essential and incidental job duties may be assigned.)
ý- Manage and coordinate on-site contractors/vendors on a daily basis.
ý- Work with Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) for inspections, permitting, finals, coordination of traffic etc.
ý- Maintain progress in accordance with schedule.
ý- Serve as on-site point of-contact for management as well as client regarding progress of the work, ýý two week look aheadýý and arrival of equipment.
ý- Assure quality control of work in place by working with QC manager
ý- Maintain a safe work site.
ý- Keep a current, red-lined set of posted drawings and specifications.
ý- Provide feedback/reports to management
ý- Conduct weekly project meetings with the subcontractors and vendors and provide meeting minutes. Prepare and submit daily reports.
ý- Professional appearance and attitude required. Must be able to thrive in situations where multiple demands are everyday.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. Standing, climbing and walking are required. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds. The noise level in the work environment is high at times.EXPERIENCE AND/OR EDUCATION (Include necessary licenses and specialized training.)
ý- Experience in construction of high technology projects.
ý- 10 years of increasing job level supervision with 5 years minimum as Sr. Superintendent or Lead Superintendent.
ý- Proven experience as the Superintendent in large electrical or mechanical installations.
ý- Certificate as a Master Electrician helpful but not required.
ý- Degree in construction related field not required but helpful.
ý- Computer skills: MS Word, Excel and Project

ý- Maintain on-site project records, logs, and posted drawings
