Duties:

CONSTRUCTION COORDINATOR II Assigned to the project team as a representative of the Construction functional group and serves as a link between Construction and other members of the project team. Ensures that construction requirements are made known to the project team in a timely manner and obtains construction responses to the needs of other members of the project team. Performs the duties of direct staff assistant to the Construction Manager and functions as the liaison between office entities and field construction. Performs duties with considerable latitude, exercising independent judgment and utilizing construction knowledge and experience in resolution of moderately complex questions and problems which may arise. Provide construction support to multiple LNG projects during the FEED phase of the project. Primary responsibility is to ensure that each project has developed the following construction deliverables and/or taken the following actions: 1. Module strategy and execution plans 2. Construction Execution Plan (CEP) 3. Constructability reviews of the 3D module to ensure optimum modular content 4. Work with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction to indentify work packaging deliverables to support the module fabrication and installation efforts 5. Develop temporary facilities plan, construction equipment plan, support T&L in the development of the module transportation plan, and support development of the Funding Estimate. 6. Provide construction input to the definitive estimate 7. Complete the pre-mobilization checklist and are prepared for field mobilization
