We have multiple openings for Assistant Project Managers!

The Assistant Project Manager oversees and executes duties associated with the management of projects for the department. They will also monitor expenses to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.



Interfaces with clients and vendors to define project requirements.



Provides recommendations for potential cost savings during the projectıı s budgeting process.



Tracks all project expenses and payments. Monitors expenses to ensure project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.



Prepares project status reports for clients, management, and team members.



Coordinates the projectıı s communication plan among team members, management, field offices, and clients.



Conducts meetings with vendors and clients.



Prepares various paperwork for project administration such as funding packages and service requests.

Other duties may be assigned.



Coordinates and assigns tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project. Coordinates the work to be completed but not responsible for formal supervision of employees.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of two to four years of related experience and/or training.



Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret various types of business documents. Ability to write reports, manuals, speeches, and articles in a pre-designed style and format. Ability to effectively respond to complex inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, supervisor, and/or management. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.



Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.





Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.



Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.



Decisions made with understanding of procedures, company policies, and business practices to achieve general results and deadlines. Responsible for setting work unit and/or project deadlines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to department.
