The Readiness & Sustainment business focuses on customers' growing need for through-life platform support. Incumbent shall engage with stakeholders and community of experts as necessary to: 1. Establish relationships with customers and stakeholders to facilitate information gathering 2. Work with the Training Needs Assessment Board (TNAB) to determine best approach for gathering data necessary to validate training requirement 3. Collect data on learning needs using a variety of methods to include (but not limited to): focus groups, interviews, surveys, job shadowing or a combination of methods 4. Analyze gathered data using appropriate qualitative and quantitative techniques and tools 5. Interpret results of collected data to draw conclusions as to the specific learning needs 6. Report the results and conclusions of learning needs in both graphical and/or narrative form and making recommendation as to optimal learning solution to meet the identified need(s) 7. Identify the appropriate placement of the new curriculum within NGC's existing academic programs 8. Link the requested training solution with the competencies required of the specific work role and Intelligence Community analyst (as required) ...
