The YAI Network is currently seeking an Employment Training Specialist (Job Coach) to work within the Employment Initiatives department.
Responsibilities: * Work with ID/DD adults in corporate and other settings teaching vocational skills * Provide direct supervision at the job site and vocational skills training * Act as a liaison with other agencies
Requirements: * BA/BS required * Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities * Teaching skills and willingness to work with ID/DD population within occupational setting * Strong written, verbal and computer skills * Ability to work independently
Hours: * Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm; some evenings and weekends required
