The job initially entails opening and dumping 10lbs bags of powdered silicone into machines - very simple and straight-forward - however, the company is looking for someone with previous MIXING/BATCH-MAKING experience. The ideal candidate will also have some supervisory/leadership experience - as this job will hopefully grow into a Team Lead position fairly quickly. Candidates must be able to pass a thorough criminal background check and drug screening. This is an indefinate temp opportunity with the strong possibility of going temp-to-hire.
