Providing temperature-controlled environments for food and other perishables are essential in today's global market. Through our Climate Control Technologies sector and Thermo King and Hussmann brands, we provide global solutions for the transportation and retail refrigeration market. We are currently seeking an experienced Oracle Order Management Specialist. This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. near a major airport, but prefered location is St. Louis, MO or Minneapolis, MN. As the Oracle Order Management Specialist you will: *Manage opening iHeat tickets from Climate Solutions Oracle sites until resolution, maintaining ownership through resolution. *Review and complete required information for resolution, systematic procedure to search for and document solutions, test and approve patches and solutions before going into production, and delivery the solution to the Super User. *Work in conjunction with GBT Functional, Technical, and Development teams as well as with Oracle Support when needed. *Review support procedures on-site, obtain feedback from Super Users, propose actions for improvement, and track proposed actions. *Manage sales orders and shipping of Oracle CC footprint. *Teach others about the Oracle 11i software.
Qualifications: *Bachelors degree required. *5+ years functional experience in Oracle 11i required. *The ability to travel approximately 50% of the time, to include travel to Mexico and International travel. *Demonstrate both business acumen and Oracle 11i software implementation experience. *Must be accustomed to working within a formal project management methodology and familiar with Oracle support processes, including Tar and Patch management. ...
