May perform one or more of the following: Managesfunctions involving safety, security, or other facilities operations Manages the activities involving the operation of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, or other systems plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs. All operations of the Facilities, including problem resolution, report generation, and data analysis Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labor, materials, and other related costs Responsible for developing budgets and long-range facilities plans based on company growth and future facilities needs Oversees the Emergency Evacuation Plan & Procedures Manages lease & office space Manage Virtual Office Program for At-home workers Contracts with vendors.
