*Schedule showings / follow up on feedback
*Create flyer's, ads, marketing material
*Follow up on incoming leads
*Process contract paperwork
*Upload listings into MLS/Craig's list
To be considered you MUST have PREVIOUS REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE - those with the most recent experience will have preference!
Job Experience:
Microsoft office, Top Producer, ACT!, CTM contracts, website publications such as Craig's List, Postlets etc...
