Job Summary: Assists Network Health Plan Claims, IS, Contracting, Decision Support and Provider Data Services department in the evaluation, design and implementation of on-the-job training, staff development and specialized department training programs. Audits and maintains applicable departments and plan wide policies to ensure proper procedures are being followed.
Job Requirements: Associate degree in medical, business or related field or equivalent experience required. Minimum of 3 years experience in claims processing and minimum of 3 years experience in an insurance or managed care related field. Training, systems testing and/or auditing expertise, as well as PC experience preferred. Ability to develop design and implement innovative training programs to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of plan operations. Strong communication, presentation, organization and interpersonal skills. Full-time Day shift Associates degree is preferred Experience is required
