He/She evaluates, establishes treatment plans, performs speech pathology treatments and documents client progress. This is a professional-level exempt position operating independently. Work situations are varied and require initiative, analysis, interpretation of information from a variety of sources, a service-oriented individual, and the use of discretion and good judgment in decision-making.Minimum Requirements:Home health or hospice Speech Language Pathologist experience preferred. Experience with geriatrics and disabled adults required.Education/Licenses/Certifications:Graduate of an accredited School of Speech Language Pathology required.
