The candidate shall provide management, Security Engineering and acquisition support services. Identify, recommend, coordinate and prepare applicable assessments, plans, strategies and opportunities for the transition of assured technology programs for further development and deployment of Cross Domain (CD) Solutions. This includes, but is not limited to, Remote Management, Situational Awareness, Information Discovery and Retrieval, New Filters and Services development and acquisition and program management related tasks, coordination, and technical support to this transitional areas of interest. The candidate shall: - Provide services to assist Program Management Office in planning, executing and evaluating investment strategies and organizational resource allocations. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting engineering and programmatic assessments, portfolio and operations of program; return on investments, and reviewing and assessing operational procedures - Review, identify and assess emerging requirements, technologies, capabilities, concepts, tactics of interest, and possible teaming relationships in areas related to Program Management Office's objectives for selected technology programs. - Facilitate dialogue and interface with key decision makers and/or their staffs (management, Joint Forces Command, Warfare Centers, Systems Commands, Program Executive Offices) and various technical subject matter experts. Provide and coordinate access to individuals or panels of senior technology area experts to support objectives - Utilize program/project management tools that help define, observe, and assess actions that move Program Management Office programs toward strategic goals both affordably and speedily, including the development and presentation of capability and technology roadmaps. - Provide assistance and advisory services for the purpose of evaluating proposals. This includes evaluation of alternative methods or initiatives for technical merit, transition potential and integration into Enterprise Services architecture and the GIG as well as support financial objectives of Cross Domain Program Management Office. - Collect, analyze, report and archive regulations, policy, guidance and other program related artifacts that support programs and systems. Maintain a library of current operational and requirement documents, Mission Need Statements, and related material, as required. - Under broad guidance, review applicable sections of research & development solicitations, proposals, and related acquisition/solicitation documents. Develop proposals for new business and research topics. Ensure full compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and related acquisition policies. - Prepare, process, and maintain security engineering and programmatic documentation. Brief management, high level DoD and IC Community staff as required. Partner with management team to facilitate a strategic vision to evolve task areas (Remote Management, Situational Awareness, Information Discovery and Retrieval, New Filters and Services) developments into Enterprise Services architecture and the GIG. Study and standardize processes to improve performance. - Bachelors Degree with Four years professional level experience in security engineering related disciplines. -Ability to multi-task; possess a high level of self-initiative and be deadline oriented. Have strong analytical, problem solving and technology skills. - Advanced skill using Microsoft Office tools to include (MS) PowerPoint, Project and Excel, and the ability to create meaningful presentations and graphics.
