Duration months (till ATO paperwork is submitted) this is the estimated time for the ATO preparation and package submission-potential to go longer. Must hold active Top Secret clearance based on SSBI or SSBI-PR. Candidate should be able to demonstrate good document conversion skills with regards to transferring DITSCAP to DIACAP required documentation. Candidate must be able to work with developers and administrators to generate SOPs for DIACAP compliance and future ATO maintenance. Good knowledge of the DITSCAP and DIACAP C&A processes and have successfully participated in a DIACAP ATO effort through generating at least 2 DIACAP required documentation. Candidate must be able to work with developers and administrators to generate SOPs for DIACAP compliance and future ATO maintenance. For unsuccessful ATOs, be prepared to candidly speak about what caused the DATO. Must have high familiarity with UNIX administration with C&A mitigation experience (HP-UX preferable), and some Oracle or other server-based database exposure. Ability to work with minimal direction and be able to present his/her in a professional manner. Candidate will take an active role in the DIACAP ATO effort of this agency. Candidate would preferably have some leadership experience (military schools a plus). WIll report to Prime contact task lead. Skills and Qualifications: UNIX Administration (5+ Years) HP-UX, WIndows Administration (3+ Years), WIndows Office/Project is a plus. ST&E (Security Test and Evaluation). Penetration Testing/Application Scanning. System Test Plans. Validation, C&A, DITSCAP 3+ years. DIACAP 1+ years (Need to have worked on at least one successful ATO under DIACAP). SRR Unix/Oracle (ST&E, Validation, Mitigation, POA&M). Associate in a Technical Degree -Lack of a degree must be offset by possessing high certifications (may sub years of experience for degree). 8570 Level 2 (GIAC, etc and 4+years of experience in security and C&A processes can compensate).
