The Childrens Case Manager will have a Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field. The Case Manager will be an advocate for clients when securing services and is reponsible for coordinating all services deemed necessary to meet the needs of clients served. The Case Manager will be self directed and will work effectively with an interdisciplinary team as well as work flexible hours to meet client demand.
