Store Manager

* Responsible for overall store operation, sales performance and management of all store personnel.
* Execute company merchandising and operational programs, under the direction of the District Manager. Aggressively drive store sales growth and profits Oversee the hiring, orientation and continuous training and mentoring of all store employees, and demonstrate by personal example Lowe's corporate commitment to service and excellence.


Requirements


* Must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends.
* Must be proficient in operating all applicable equipment, according to company standards.
* Able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
