Responsibilities:
* Slice all deli meats for cafeteria, caterings and craft service
* Set up condiment station in cafeteria including dressings, ketchup, mustard, mayo, lemons, vinegar.
* Prepare sandwiches for cafeteria line, catering and craft service
* Clean up condiment and sandwich station at the closing of lunch
* Meet with the Restaurant Chef on a daily basis to discuss specials, menu items, etc.
* Maintain all equipment in good order by proper use and care.
* Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* High school diploma and/or certificate/diploma from an accredited culinary program or equivalent work experience.
* 2-3 years prior culinary experience in a comparable position.
* Over time as required.
