Our practice includes in-house capabilities in production, testing and measuring direct mail, DRTV, eCRM, print and direct collateral pieces.We are searching for an exceptional ASSOCIATE MEDIA DIRECTOR to join our team!The primary responsibility of the ASSOCIATE MEDIA DIRECTOR is to have ownership and direct responsibility for management within the media group on key accounts and overall for his/her team. The AMD plays an instrumental role in the development of the companys strategic media solutions as well as handling a wide variety of department management initiatives. Digital planning, buying, and strategy will be critical in this role. Strong Analytics skills and client management experience is a must for this role.The ideal candidate:Develop and lead strategic initiatives and writing of media plans to meet clients marketing objectives, negotiations, implementation and performance analysis. Generate media objectives and oversee media plan development and budget Communicate and present to senior management and clientsMonitor and improve existing revenue performance of account(s) Develop and present business-building media plansManage client media budgets and monitor delivery against goalsMaintain a thorough understanding of the key elements relating to each assigned businessMaintain strong client relationships and provide solutions as neededProvide strategic and analytical direction to teamSupervise, train, mentor, and develop junior media team membersDevelop organizational systems that enhance workflow and departmental efficienciesAchieve objectives by contributing information and analysis to client plans and reviews; identifying and resolving problems Specific knowledge and skills include but are not limited to the following:Media knowledge across multiple media channels including but not limited to broadcast, print, direct mail, OOH, and emerging media In depth understanding of media planning, negotiation, implementation and performance analysisSuperior supervisory and management skillsEstablish strong relationships with key vendorsProficiency in media-related research and analytical tools Desire to develop strong, trusted relationships with clients and internal agency departments Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication, interpersonal and quantitative/analytical skills DART technology required or Atlas or Facilitate Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)7+ years experience requiredG2 Direct & Digital is an Equal Opportunity Employer that offers competitive salary, comprehensive benefits and great training programs.With the high volume of replies we receive, it is not possible for us to personally respond to all prospective candidates.
