Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Art Director/Creative Services Manager/Graphic Designer with leadership ability to manager the Creative Services Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visual communications and images on a company wide basis.
Specific responsibilities include:
**Develop and implement new design concepts.
**Provide direction on color strategies for creative communications
**Lead and motivate graphic designers.
**Manage relationships with external design agencies and production firms.
Required education and experience:
**Bachelors degree in visual communication, graphic design or equivalent.
**7 to 10 years experience managing a creative services team with a consumer goods company (or design firm in support of consumer goods)
**Direct selling experience preferred.
**Strong design and production background.
**Practical knowledge of electronic page makeup, separation and prepress production systems and processes.
**Excellent graphic arts skills (conceptual, graphic, spatial)
**Excellent oral and written communications skills plus excellent interpersonal skills.
