Loss Mitigation Counselor
Assist clients in resolution of budget, debt and housing problems.
Implement Loss Mitigation techniques and debt management plan when necessary
Mediate between lender and client in resolving foreclosure problems
Counsel clients and prepare them for all possible outcomes
Prepare budget and action plan for each client and tailor to their needs
Maintain updated paperwork and notes for each file
Set follow up appointments as needed for each file
HECM Counselor
Maintain fee report and forward to Director of Housing weekly
Provide client all information regarding Reverse Mortgages to include fees, definitions, requirements, other options
Issue Certificate to client upon completion of session
Set follow up appointments as needed
Assist in month filing and follow up
