Role: Talent Performance Director Location: Louisville, KY Are you a fit? Are you a proven leader with extensive Human Resources experience? Assignment Capsule As a director of Human Resources you will lead a team that provides reliable and consistent performance information to create and measure standardized processes, providing guidance and insights for business leaders regarding the impact of Human Capital on business strategies and outcomes. Responsible for processes such as Workforce Planning, Strategic Metrics, HR Finance and Budgeting, Relocation, Vendor Management, and support of the Applicant Tracking System. Key Responsibilities: Lead discussions with Executives showing the cost and risks involved with potential talent gaps and create ways to mitigate risk and think about talent differently Provide guidance and help increase the understanding around the workforce planning process Align internal talent development with the workforce planning process Provide guidance to a team of HR professionals in the areas of metrics, analytics, candidate selection and relocation Lead in a holistic manner, utilizing effective partnerships with other key stakeholders in HR and Humana as a whole Create a vision and build internal capability to provide predictive analytics, tied to business outcomes Oversee the annual HR budget process, as well as monthly reporting. Share information with leaders to help guide fiscally responsible business decisions. Identify savings initiatives where appropriate. Develop, implement and document consistent Talent Strategies processes based on input from cross-functional stakeholders. Drive policy compliance around relocation practices. Identify and implement enhancements based on industry best practices and market economics to ensure associate engagement. Role Essentials Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field Broad, directly applicable Human Resources experience Comprehensive knowledge of EEO and labor laws and policies, including the Fair Labor Standards Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act Role Desirables Master's Degree in Human Resources or a Master's Degree of Business Administration Senior Professional HR certification Reporting Relationships You will have 5-10 direct reports, and you will report to the Vice President. This area is under the leadership of the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer.
