We are currently looking for a Telecommunication Specialist to join our team in Reno, NV. Strong preference will be given to local candidates. Job Responsibilities: Supports a pre-existing telephone PBX for a single site or multiple sites. Complete internal adds, moves and changes in a timely, efficient manner. May include programming, cross connect changes and hardware moves. Will assist with trouble calls as assigned by upper level Telecommunications associates. Assists in major real estate moves. Reviews move list and does preliminary work to assure a smooth move. Will be responsible to contact outside vendors and coordinate specific service delivery. Required Skills: 4+ years of Nortel option 11, 61 & 81 PBX's 2+ years of Call Pilot voicemail experience 4+ years of physical cable plants experience Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Desired Skills: 2+ years of Call Center Manager experience 2+ years of Spectralink wireless phone systems OTM - any level of experience Minimum Certifications or Other Professional Credentials: Prefer Nortel Basic Certifications More about Dell Perot Systems Dell Perot Systems is a unit of Dell Services, a new business organization formed by the acquisition of Perot Systems by Dell.
