The Product Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a global Marketing strategy for the Serum and Urine Chemistry control product lines, increasing product lines sales, identifying new product opportunities and current product improvements, creating effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials, and providing sales and internal product support. 10-15% travel is required.

Education: Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, medical technology, similar technical field, or combination of equivalent education and work experience. MBA preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years of marketing and/or product management experience in the IVD or similar, regulated industry. 7-9 years overall work experi3ence in a technically related field. Experience in Chemistry analysis desirable. Successful track record defining customer requirements, reaching the customer (e.g. surveys, promotions, marketing communications), working on product development teams, launching products and managing product life cycles. Good industry networking experience. Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing strategies. International sales and/or marketing experience a plus.

Skills: A creative thinker with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve product launches. Ability to analyze and dissect competitive information, market research, and customer data and use it to make sound recommendations. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of responsibilities, overcome obstacles, deliver on commitments, and delight the customer.
