Title: Manager, Financial Analysis
Job Summary:
This is a key role in our client's organization. This person will be tasked with providing economic and financial counsel to corporate leadership team with particular emphasis on the operational performance of all sites and consolidated position.

Job Description:
-Designing, implementing and running a performance driver tree model for each individual operation.
-Leading the Project Management Office for site wide initiatives such as the Transformation project.
-Lead the development of the 5 year Strategic Plan (financial component)
-The design, implementation and management of a cost system designed to support a Foundry operation.
-Provide leadership to the Corporate Financial Analysis function.

Required Qualifications:
-Undergraduate degree with engineering or technical orientated degree.
-MBA
-Process design skills (such as six sigma; Lean)


Required Skills / Qualifications:
-Undergraduate degree.
-At least 2 years of experience using process design skills (such as six sigma; Lean manufacturing, etc.)
-10 years experience in technology based manufacturing industry;
-At least 5 years of direct leadership experience;
-At least 5 years of experience in process design and implementation
-At least 5 years of experience modeling complex technical and financial interrelationships.
-At least 2 years experience using performance driver trees to evaluate options of a business.

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in engineering or technical field.
-MBA
-Demonstrated ability to influence peers and guide outcomes.
-Experience managing the development of strategic plans for complex multi site operations
-Demonstrated business improvement experience with the introduction of new systems;
