Requirements
* 2+ years experience in a production/manufacturing environment with emphasis
on general machining (milling/turning) * Demonstrated ability to manage
and execute projects to completion * Demonstrated proficiency in required
PC skills, including Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
etc) * Demonstrated ability to prioritize and accomplish work with little
supervision (self starter) with a high level of organization. * Experience
working in a highly regulated quality environment, FDA/cGMP preferred
* Ability to read blueprints and a basic understanding of GD&T. Advanced
knowledge of GD&T desirable. * Understanding of general inspection techniques,
utilizing optical comparators, calipers, micrometers, height indicators,
etc. * Good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work with other
departments to get tasks closed * Strong communication and written skills,
and must possess the ability to concisely convey issues to various levels
of the organization.
