Are you self motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit? Do you enjoy training adults? If so please read on. Alea (assisted living education academy) has a great opportunity for this type of person. This is a highly visible position and offers the ability to make things happen. The right person must be experienced in developing curriculum, knowledge and understanding of adult learning styles, developing e-learning and blended training, computer competency in MS Office and database learning systems, along with marketing and presentation skills.
The minimum requirements are a Bachelor's degree, knowledge and understanding of DHS83, exceptional written and oral communication skills and 5 years assisted living experience and/or health related background is preferred. This position does require 60% travel.
