Job description :You will be responsible for the following: You will be involved in the early stages (quotation) of any company Projects in the USA, mainly in the Thermo solar Power business. You will collaborate with the Business Development Manager to locate construction companies to establish with the JV agreements, evaluate the technical and human resources and agree the construction scope. You will have a strong participation in the economical estimation of the construction stage in our projects. Once the project becomes a contract for the Company, you will be the responsible to staff all the construction team, address the construction organization, participate in the contractibility committees, lead the construction subcontracts negotiations, etc. The job is a stand alone role and does not oversee staff in the construction department, at least up to the first project contract (San Francisco office). Who we are looking for : Experience: 12 to 15 years of experience in the engineering, construction and systems integration industry REQUIRED Education: Engineer. It is desirable to have a Construction Management or Project Management studies certification. The candidate must have strong knowledge in all the construction business aspects; legal, organizational, permits, unions, productivity, costs, contractual forms, etc. It is desirable that the candidates are familiar with the regional areas of development (California, Nevada, Arizona, and New Mexico).
