Perform tasks involving physical labor with building fences such as assist in loading and unloading the material, mixing concrete, following the layout, cutting and nailing material and other tasks needed to complete a job. Operate common hand and power tools used to build fences such as air compressors, bars and clams, augers, cement mixers, measuring equipment, nail guns, saws and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Prepare sites, install fence, dig post holes, and clean up rubble and debris. Based on the crew leader, the field supervisor and company's direction, follow basic instructions for safety, job performance and quality.

Four years experience building all fence types required. Knowledge of materials, methods, and the tools involved in the construction or repair of fences required. Experience in using common hand and power tools required in the construction trade. Physical ability to perform fence-building tasks using of the arms and legs and moving the whole body required. Ability to assess situations to prevent problems and accidents required.

Minimum age: 21 due to company drivers insurance policy. Wage is paid piece rate per job. Consistent lifting of up to 85 lbs required. Own hand tools including tape, level, bag and hammer required. Employer does background check and requires workers to have their own transportation. Shift hours are 6:30 a.m.-3 p.m.
