Open Items Representative

Position Location: Irvine

SUMMARY:

- Calls are made to Insurance Companies, Insurance Agencies, Agents, and borrowers to obtain insurance information and request premium.
- The system is updated based on the information received.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Shares accountability with the team for delivering service, and quality to clients.
- Quality and production standards must be met.
- Responsible for ensuring the delivery of timely, accurate customer service.
- Responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Understanding and adherence to documented ZCS standard business practices

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency in using a PC.
- A minimum of 5000 keystrokes per hour are required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
- Analytical ability at a level sufficient to understand and resolve various issues that arise.
- Organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to prioritize effectively and successfully complete multiple tasks within assigned deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior telephone and/or online customer service representative experience is preferred.

Additional Job Functions:

Hours: 6am - 2:30pm
