T3 is looking for a Senior Art Director to join our New York office.

The need: Great conceptual digitally-focused senior art director who rises to the occasion in all media.

The details: We're looking for an experienced, digitally-focused art director who brings smart, original ideas to all projects – advertising, direct marketing, collateral and especially digital campaigns. In this position, you will be working on Fortune 500 accounts. You should have demonstrated skills in the online space: building great online ad concepts, building effective sites, and working on innovative "non-traditional" digitally-inspired media ideas. We're not just looking for "great designers" but true art directors, with great design sense, problem-solving skills, and the conceptual range the job title suggests. We need someone who is conceptual but also willing to get their hands dirty. Along with great ideas and execution, you should have a mind for details, persuasive presentation skills, and work well with writers and account service teams. Enthusiastic self-starters with a proactive and intensely creative approach to problem solving, we want to talk to you.

The book: Strong concepts. Solid range of B2B and B2C clients.
- Looking to hire a Senior Art Director level candidate.
- 5-8 years of experience, mostly interactive, is required. Your online experience should show conceptual range (i.e. sites, campaigns, etc.) and a thorough understanding of advertising, not simply designing web sites. Offline conceptual skills are great, but you must have demonstrated a track record in digital work. Strong skills in the Mac platform of design and production tools essential: Fireworks, Photoshop, Illustrator, online ad production knowledge, etc.

Bachelor's degree is required.
