As a result we have attracted and developed a team of exceptionally well qualified and dedicated employees.Overseeing DoD Home Station Training Lanes (HSTL) facilities to schedule maintenance, deconflict training requests and the contracting and procurement of technological upgrades for the HSTL. Provide oversight, supervision of construction/maintenance crews at training facilities when required. Supervise, manage and build, repair wood, masonry and concrete structures; repairing paved and unpaved roads surfaces; interior finish work, including installing sheetrock, paneling or ceramic tile walls and installing ceiling and floor tile; building forms for concrete construction; mixing, placing and finishing concrete; interpreting blueprints. Experience with heavy equipment and have the appropriate governmnet license as an operator: Front-End Loader, 15 Ton Vehicle. Create estimates for materials and labor requirements. Manage, surpervise, and maintain or repair interior wiring for lighting and electrical equipment; experieince and expertise in working with batteries, electric motors and operating electrical generators.Education/qualification: Construction Technician (4 years). Electrician (2 years). Operate test equipment, electrical hand tools, basic hand tools. Qualified heavy equipment operator. Ability to interface with all levels of Command. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Computer skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Applicants selected for this position will require background screening and the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
