ýýý Position is responsible for leading the development of complex marketing strategies and programs in support of assigned target segments, products and initiatives.
ýýý Work collaboratively with the product management or line of business group to provide strategic input on new product or service ideas and develop marketing strategies as appropriate.
ýýý Develop innovative marketing strategies for existing product and service suites in support of established line of business goals.
ýýý Closely monitor and analyze the competitive set as well as broader industry and societal trends to gain further insights into consumer or business banking behaviors.
ýýý Develops and manages ongoing research programs among target segments to gain insights into brand preferences
ýýý Develop a framework for ongoing marketing metrics that link to overall business goals.
ýýý Work collaboratively with the Advertising Services, Database Marketing, Field Marketing and Digital Marketing groups to ensure the prompt and accurate execution of specific programs and promotions.
ýýý Manage and grow a team of marketing specialists within the strategy group

ýýý Bachelor's degree
ýýý 7 years experience in the Strategic Development of Marketing Programs with quantifiable results
ýýý 7years pmarketing experience in two or more of the following Competitive Data Analysis, Product Development, Telemarketing Strategies, Market Research development, Merchandising or Sports Marketing
ýýý 3 years experience Managing a professional staff
