This role is designed to maximize sales and customer service through effective planning, and in-store servicing.A major objective of this role is to establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals while providing outstanding customer service.The extent to which customer service is provided to retailers is visibly evident when shelves and displays are fully stocked rotated and departments reflect accurate price tags / POS.This role will be responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate call schedule.The SSR will be the primary Kraft employee responsible for customer service at each store for the timeframe in which he/she is assigned.Further, this role will be responsible for identifying and communicating individual store problems and opportunities to the appropriate Kraft Sales personnel. This position is for Sioux Falls, SD.
Job Responsibilities Include:
1. Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals. 2. Enhance customer relations by determining appropriate solutions to business problems, and providing an overall high level of customer service. 3. Build displays and maintain retailer's departments and displays in a fully stocked and rotated condition. 4. Remove all unsaleable merchandise from the retailer's selling area 5. Be the primary Kraft contact for each store as assigned. 6. Develop and maintain and accurate and efficient work schedule. 7. If assigned-Maintain and update KRS Computer equipment 8. Resets-If assigned to this responsibility, accurately reset category to the established plan-o-gram. 9. Resolve space issues to the benefit of the retailer and the category.
