Essential Job Functions as Housekeeper:

ýýý Cleans and sanitizes residents rooms, hallways, dining areas, bathrooms and other areas of the facility.

ýýý Safely mixes and uses cleaning solutions and stores in a secure area.

ýýý Labels and removes infectious waste bags and containers

ýýý Performs other tasks as assigned

ýýý Essential Job Functions as Laundry Aide:

ýýý Sorts, washes, dries, folds, and irons linens and resident clothing

ýýý Stocks linen closets and carts for nursing units, and returns linen barrels to the laundry

ýýý Delivers clean linen and resident clothing to rooms

ýýý Maintains a clean, organized and sanitary work area

ýýý Performs routine equipment cleaning such as removing detergent build-up in washers and cleaning lint traps

ýýý Purges, stained, torn, or otherwise unacceptable linen

ýýý Performs other tasks as assigned

ýýý Job Requirements:

ýýý Must be willing to work flexible hours - days and evenings as needed

ýýý Must be willing to work in either Housekeeping or Laundry and be a back-up to the facility's Van Driver as needed
