The Assessment and Referral RN position at Fairfax Hospital will allow you to have a significant impact on the lives of many people by simply doing what you do best! Fairfax Hospital is a 133 licensed bed facility providing psychiatric and dual disorders treatment for children, adolescents and adults as well as two alternative school programs and CD services. The hospital is located in a quiet residential neighborhood on the Eastside of Seattle.

The Assessment and Referral RN receives, triages and coordinates referrals from the community for all levels of care offered at Fairfax Hospital. The A&R RN works along with licensed behavioral health clinicians, physicians, nurses in the assessment and admission of patients. Additionally, the A&R RN provides potential patients with initial medical evaluation, screening of labwork and completes other RN related work within the A&R department.
Candidate must be a graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
Candidate must be licensed to practice in the State of Washington
Candidate must have minimum 3 years psychiatric behavioral health experience
Valid driver's license
CPR certification
