The candidate must be highly motivated and understand the nature of support.Qualifications:?Desirable:- Degree in IT related disciplineSkills & Experience?1-2 years experience of working with large office applications and systems support. Demonstrable ability to pick up new concepts & systems quickly. Attention to detail.?Note. This is not a developer role or a PC desktop support role?Previous Banking experience. Experience of co-ordinating multiple groups. On-call experience.
