Department: HA - Medical Management
Responsible for completing organizational tasks which support Medical Management Functions for insured and self-insured groups. Medical Management functions include Preauthorization, Medical Necessity Review, and Retrospective Review. Adheres to all mandated guidelines, including NCQA, Department of Insurance, and State and Federal regulations
Three (3) years in an ambulatory, acute care, or skilled care setting. Licensed Practical Nurse from an accredited program or college degree. LPN with current Illinois licensure. Ability to handle high-volume telephone work, keyboarding and Windows computer programs.
